AeroMexico also replied to Ashley Gosiengfiao YouTube Video.
We can learn from this experience that it is good to make some documentation (videos and photos) in case of unwanted events will happened. I wish Ashley and Alodia that they'll get a quick resolution from AeroMexico and the airline will settle or reimburse the Gosiengfiao sisters.
