What is the Tax Reform Program?
The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) is the first package of the comprehensive tax reform program (CTRP) envisioned by President Duterte’s administration, which seeks to to correct a number of deficiencies in the tax system to make it simpler, fairer, and more efficient. It also includes mitigating measures that are designed to redistribute some of the gains to the poor.
Through TRAIN, every Filipino contributes in funding more infrastructure and social services to eradicate extreme poverty and reduce inequality towards prosperity for all. TRAIN addresses several weaknesses of the current tax system by lowering and simplifying personal income taxes, simplifying estate and donor’s taxes, expanding the value-added tax (VAT) base, adjusting oil and automobile excise taxes, and introducing excise tax on sugar-sweetened beverages.

Leila De Lima: Foreign Policy Awardee Exposed
The Loida Nicolas-Lewis Awardee of Foreign Folicy

Here is a context of Leix Valenciano Holt exposing how the infamous Senator got her award:
Ayon sa isang diplomatic cable leak, ang CFR ay: "The Council on Foreign Relations has been the most powerful private organization in U.S. foreign policy since it began in 1921. While priding itself on non-partisanship and on recent efforts to recruit minorities, women, and youth (under 35), CFR's 3200 members mainly reflect the resources needed by the ruling class to maintain their power. Don't call them if you want to join; they call you.
And don't wait for a call unless you have big money, national security expertise, CIA experience, a political constituency, or clout with the media. CFR publishes the prestigious journal "Foreign Affairs" as well as a number of books and reports. Another major activity is to organize closed meetings for their members with assorted world leaders. Everyone feels free to share views and information about current world events, primarily because CFR has strict confidentiality rules and keeps its records locked up for 25 years."

Senator Cayetano's Open Letter to Prejudice Journalism
Senator Cayetano Lambasts ABS-CBN's Consistent Biased Reporting
Here's the complete statement of Senator Alan Peter Cayetano that went viral within minutes.
Dear ABS-CBN,
There you go again. In this news article
all those you mentioned have been discussed, debunked or at least explained.
You know very well that taking someone seriously and taking someone literally are two different things.
President PNoy said if he doesn't finish the train to Cavite he would allow himself to be run over by the train! Did u harp on this or ask if he was believable? Did you call him to task for his statement?
Your management said you were going to be neutral in the last elections yet everyone knows you had your favorites - and yes it showed.
Yes we always take our President seriously but not always literally.
So what's the point of your article?
What's clear is that your timing seems to be perfect, especially when your article comes at the heels of calls from VP Leni to unify the opposition and the calls from Loida Nicholas for the President to resign and for the Vice President to take over.
The coincidence is striking to say the least.
The President is abroad working hard to protect Filipinos working abroad, inviting foreign investments and building relationships. It's an international practice not to hit the President when he is representing the Country abroad, since hitting him means hitting the Country he represents.
Yet you fire away! So May I respectfully ask...
When to believe and not to believe ABS-CBN?

Duterte is still Leading - Halalan 2016
There is No Stopping the Filipino People Who Wants Change
Despite the backlash over his controversial remarks and allegations of misdeclared funds, presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte was able to keep his lead in pre-election surveys because it was "too late" for some voters to change their minds, an analyst said Friday.
"By this time many people had already made up their mind, the issues are too late, they won’t affect," said Ramon Casiple, executive director of the Institute for Political and Electoral Reform

Cayetano filed a petition for preliminary injunction against ABS-CBN Corporation and its top executives before the Regional Trial Court of Taguig City. The respondents are ABS-CBN chairman Eugenio “Gabby” Lopez III, Augusto Almeda-Lopez, Carlo L. Katigbak, Socorro Vidanes, and August Benitez.
Cayetano sought the TRO a day after ABS-CBN began airing the anti-Duterte adpaid for by Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, which showed clips of Duterte cursing, uttering his controversial rape remark, and saying he is ready to kill. In between these clips, various children criticize Duterte for his behavior.
In his petition, which ultimately seeks a permanent injunction on the ad, Cayetano asked the court to issue a 72-hour TRO on the airing of the ad.
