An Iranian teenager, Sahar Tabar, went 50 different surgical procedures just to look like her idol Angelina Jolie.

According to Belgian website Sud Info, Tabar underwent 50 surgeries in the space of just a few months, with some pretty drastic results.

Since the Iranian teen became viral online users got curious and some even tried to verify the authenticity of her claim of going under surgical knife 50 times in less than a year. It turns out the the photos are done exaggeratedly by make-up and photoshop. Tabar may underwent some cosmetic surgeries but the young Iranian doesn't look like what she is sharing in her Instagram account. In one her recent post, it looks like she's healthy and looks more like the second photo above in black hijab.
A Reddit user, Zaza9000, did discover the inconsistency in her photo and wrote:
"I do believe she got plastic surgery, but it’s more or less makeup and extremely exaggerating her features that she got done.
I’ve yet to figure out why other than just internet attention and fame. I kinda took it for face value, something you should never do and I ran with it."
The Reddit user also shared a photo of Sahar with obvious indication of photo manipulation (distortions and blurs)

Majority of Sahar's instagram photos manifest photo manipulation with some make-up effects to match the look she wants the public to see. It is clear that the the Iranian teen wants attention, and she definitely got one, not just in Iran but around the world.
